About These Terms

These terms cover your use of cutlevelstudio.org, run by CutLevel Studio (Joey Disney, Belleville, MI). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Services Are Covered Separately

The plans and prices on this site are a summary. If you hire us, the work is governed by the written proposal or agreement we send you. If this site and your agreement differ, the agreement controls. Prices and plan details can change. A change does not affect an agreement already in place. Custom plans and prices are written on your service agreement and apply instead of the standard plan.

Plans, Billing and Cancellation

Every plan starts with a short written service agreement. There is no long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month. Here is how billing and cancellation work:

• The monthly fee is billed in advance each month.
• You can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice (email is fine).
• Your service continues through the end of the billing month in which your notice period ends.
• We do not refund or prorate the current month. You are covered for the month you paid for.
• The one-time setup fee covers your build. It is separate from the monthly fee and is non-refundable.

Automated Chat Assistant

The chat assistant is an automated tool, not a person. It gives general information and can pass a quote request to us. Its answers are not a quote, offer, or contract. Do not use it for emergencies. For anything important, call (734) 328-2968.

No Guarantees on Results

Search rankings, review outcomes, and call volume depend on many things outside our control, including Google. Examples and numbers on this site describe past client work and are not a promise of future results.

Content and Ownership

The CutLevel Studio name, logo, text, and site design belong to us. Client names, logos, and work shown in our portfolio belong to those clients. Please do not copy our content without asking.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, send spam through our forms or chat, or submit someone else's information without permission.

Links to Other Sites

We link to client sites, Google, and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer and Limits

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
